 We use USPS for all shipping purposes. 

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. All US orders are shipped First Class (3-5 business days) or Priority mail (1-3 business days).

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. In the event that your package is misplaced, please contact USPS to file a claim.
